Performance analysis of a hybrid optical CDMA/DWDM system against inter-symbol interference and four wave mixing

This paper reports the implementation and theoretical model for analyzing an optical CDMA/DWDM hybrid system to reduce two major problems, Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) Four-Wave Mixing (FWM) effects improve performance of subscriber access networks by using Zero Cross-Correlation (ZCC) codes, which helps effect Multiple Access (MAI). A squeezing method is used in proposed completely suppress ISI. In this method, sequence interval signature code squeezed into a duration less than one-bit. The capable accommodating 120 CDMA users carried only 10 DWDM wavelengths spaced 0.2 ?nm with 60 ?Gb/s/wavelength transmitted over 105.075 ?km fiber. result shows that optimum quarter (i.e., 25%) bit duration. Moreover, results reveal technology based on spread spectrum increasing nonlinear tolerance as energy bits distributed chip code. Also, number ones/weight positions between them have significant system.
